Currently there are four more buildings under construction with six apartments each. The buildings are located 500 metres from the sea and provide a spectacular view of the sea.
The total gross surface of the lot is 1899 square metres. The construction is conducted according to the latest standards, while paying attention to the craftsmanship and functionality.
All of the materials, from the rough to the final works, are carefully selected and come from renowed companies in the construction and interior decorating business.
In addition, we will show you a detailed example of building B, in order to demostrate our construction procedures, the appearance of the building itself and the apartment specifications.
Example: Building B
The building is constructed on a lot 466 m2 in surface. It consists of ground floor, first storey and an attic. There is a total of six apartments, two on each storey. For each storey there is a parking spot.
The gross surface of the building is 398,23 m2 , while the netto surface is 270,83 m2. The dimensions of the building are 17,58 m x 8,60 m. The height of the building is 10,20 m.
