The construction of two buildings is planned, one of which has three garages and 5 apartments and the other four garages, four pantries and four apartments. The buildings are located 500 metres from the sea and provide a spectacular view of the sea.
The gross total surface of the buildings are:
- Building A: 562,95 m2;
- Building B: 585,72 m2;
In addition, we will show you a detailed example of building A, in order to demostrate our construction procedures, the appearance of the building itself and the apartment specifications.
Example: Building A
The building consists of a ground floor, first storey and an attic. There is a total of four apartments. The ground floor contains three garages and one apartment, on the second floor there's one apartment and one studio apartment and another apartment on the third floor.
The gross surface of the building is 562,95 m2 , while the netto surface is 418,67 m2. The dimensions of the building are 21,5 m x 10,3 m. The height of the building is 10,6 m.
